Yes. We bring all professional supplies and equipment needed for the job.

2) Are your products safe?

We use professional-grade products. Some may have strong smells—please keep people and pets away from the work area while we clean and for good ventilation.

3) How do estimates work? Are they free?

Yes, estimates are 100% free. Share your details via our form or WhatsApp and we’ll send a quote.

4) How long does a cleaning take?

It depends on size and condition. Example: a 3 bed / 2 bath deep clean usually takes 4–5 hours.

5) Do I need to be home?

No. Many clients share access instructions. You’re welcome to stay if you prefer.

6) What’s included in a Regular Cleaning?

Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, surfaces, floors, dusting, and trash. (High/detail areas may require a Deep Cleaning.)

7) Regular vs. Deep Cleaning – what’s the difference?

Deep Cleaning includes detailed work (baseboards, high surfaces, corners, scale/grease removal, extra time and tools).

8) Are inside oven/fridge and windows included?

They’re optional add-ons: inside oven, inside fridge, both, and interior/exterior windows.

9) Do you clean Airbnb/rental or move in/out?

Yes—perfect for empty homes or inspections. We tailor the checklist to your needs.

10) Do you do post-construction cleaning?

Case-by-case. Share photos/details and we’ll confirm scope and pricing.

11) How should I prepare before you arrive?

Please pick up personal items and keep pets/people away from active cleaning areas so the team can work efficiently.

12) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, card, Zelle, PayPal, and Stripe.

13) Deposit, rescheduling, and cancellation policy

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: free with 24+ hours notice (subject to availability).

• If we cancel, you get a full refund of any deposit.

14) Satisfaction guarantee

If something was missed, tell us within 24–48 hours and we’ll come back to address it.
